That was our life. We were Salesforce admins and developers who spent more time on data entry than on the work that actually mattered. We watched teams drown in manual processes, saw critical data get lost to typos and forgotten updates, and kept thinking: there has to be a better way. AI was getting powerful enough to understand voice and parse documents. Why was nobody using it to solve this?
So we founded Twilon and started building. Our mission is simple: eliminate the manual, repetitive work that drains Salesforce teams so they can focus on what actually moves the needle. From Montevideo to the World
Twilon is headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay. We chose to build here not by accident but by design. Latin America's growing tech ecosystem gives us access to sharp engineering talent, a timezone that overlaps with both North America and Europe, and a cost structure that lets us invest in product instead of overhead.
But we never built for a local market. From day one, our products were designed for Salesforce teams worldwide. Our customers span industries and continents, and our tools speak the universal language of CRM data. We're a small, lean team that moves fast, ships often, and treats every customer like a partner.
